These terms govern your use of the FiveSix website and referral service for borrowers in or after bankruptcy. By using our site, you agree to them.

1. Accepting These Terms
By visiting or using the FiveSix website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with them, please refrain from using the site. This is a sample document for a demonstration project and should be replaced with terms reviewed by qualified counsel before any live use.
2. What We Do (and Do Not Do)
FiveSix is a referral service, not a lender. We do not make credit decisions, provide funds, or set loan terms. We introduce you to licensed third-party lenders, who bear sole responsibility for the loans they extend.
3. Who Can Use the Service
You must be a Canadian resident, have reached the age of majority in your province or territory, and provide accurate, complete information — including the status of any bankruptcy or consumer proposal. Supplying false or incomplete information may result in a refusal of service.
4. Borrowing During an Active Bankruptcy
If your bankruptcy is undischarged, you are responsible for disclosing that status to your trustee and to any lender before obtaining credit above the threshold set out in the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. FiveSix does not provide insolvency advice; consult a Licensed Insolvency Trustee about your obligations.
5. Approval Is Not Guaranteed
Sending a request does not guarantee approval. Whether you are approved — and for what amount and on what terms — is determined solely by the lenders in our network, applying their own criteria.
6. Limits of Our Liability
FiveSix is not responsible for the actions, decisions, or terms of any third-party lender. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for any loss arising from your use of the service or any loan you take out.
7. Ownership of Content
All content on this website is provided for information only. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.
8. Updates to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continuing to use the site once changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
